Delivery Information

We ship orders using standard mail services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on the mail service website which will be advised in the email.

There are faster shipping options available for an extra cost during checkout. If you need to have your order by a certain date, we recommend you to upgrade to a faster shipping method which is available during checkout.

To meet our high standards of service, regardless of volume, all orders are shipped out within 1 business day (24 hours) after receiving the order. If orders are received on a weekend or a holiday, orders are shipped the very next business day. We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route Addresses.
